Francis

Captain

Francis has been with us for many years, always dependable, an excellent Captain. If there’s salsa playing on the boat, he’s probably the skipper.

Beni

Captain

Beni has worked in most parts of the company, a great Captain, he also takes good care of the catamarans.

Roberto

Mariner & Cook

As well as a competent sailor, Roberto is the acclaimed cook that rustles up the delicious food served on board.

Karl

Mariner & Guide

Karl has been giving his funny speeches on the catamarans for a very long time. When not sailing, you’ll catch him playing footie or watching his niece win Olympic medals.

Sandra

Mariner & Guide

Sandra is German but has lived here for years. She loves the ocean and tries to swim every day. If you’re up for it, Sandra will give you an introduction to Yoga on the way to Papagayo.

Marion

Guide

Another of our multinational staff, Marion is from the French Pyrenees. She studied dance for thirteen years and loves to dance to reggaeton and Latin-American music. She has a sweet tooth and likes trying new foods from different countries.

Alejandro

Captain & Mariner

Alejandro works as Captain on board. He is a very flexible member of the team, he crews, cooks and even does the bus pickups. If you know how to Wingfoil he’d love some tips.

Elisa

Mariner & Cook

Elisa is one of our cooks on board. When she is not behind her pots, Elisa is adjusting the sails or helping with the German guests. She is another multilingual staff.

Andrés

Mariner

Andrés is passionate about sailing; as well as large catamarans he sails Lasers and J80s. On board you can find him anywhere from the galley to the top of the mast. His hobby is playing drums in a batucada Latin percussion band.

Ale D

Captain & Maintenance

Alejandro is multiskilled. He’s usually in the workshop but loves the trip so much he crews as often as he can. In his off-time Alejandro races rally cars.

Rodrigo

Mariner & Cook

Rodrigo originally started his passion for the ocean through freediving and now he is a competent sailor for Catlanza. He is very good at cooking your delicious lunch on board.

Vicky

Mariner & Guide

Vicky is another ocean and nature lover. She is one of our French guide but speaks as well perfect English and some Italian. On her off-time Vicky loves diving.

Sandy

Maintenance & Guide

Sandy is Swiss and is usually in the workshop fibre-glassing. When we manage to twist her arm she guides our French-speaking guests.

Marine

Office OP Manager

Marine is mainly working in the office helping you with organising your excursion. Sometimes you can see her on board as a french guide. On her free time Marine also teaches yoga.

Rihards

Social Media & Publicity

Rihards is a talented photographer who often comes on board to capture beautiful images of your day and post them on social media. He is also in charge of our publicity.
